2025 Summer Registration & Policies

Registration and Payments: Register online, in person or by phone. Payment is due at the time of registration.


Make-up Policy - Summer Session only: A maximum of 3 makeups can be scheduled for missed classes for currently enrolled summer students. Make-ups must be scheduled through the office. You are welcome to schedule make-ups before or after your vacation dates! (no make-ups week 1) Please notify us of any scheduled absences. Make-ups do not carry over after the summer session ends.


Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be EMAILED to: office@bartlettgymnastics.com
If cancellation is emailed on or before 5/31/25 - a full refund will be given. A 50% refund is offered if cancellation is emailed on or before 6/8/25. No refunds will be given after 6/8/25.


You will receive a 10% Sibling Discount on the lower fee of a sibling’s class.
Any student enrolling in more than one class per session will receive a 20% discount on their 2nd class.


General rules of the gym:

Please dress children in comfortable clothing - athletic shorts, t-shirts, sweats, leggings, leotards or footless tights. Do not dress children in jeans, dresses or studded clothing. All jewelry must be removed before the class begins. (this includes friendship bracelets.) Long hair needs to be tied back.  All children must go barefoot in the gym.

Please keep sick children home!

No food, gum, or drinks allowed in the gym. (except water bottles)

Please take your child to the restroom before class begins.  We recommend that you stay in the building if your child cannot use the restroom by him/herself.

Please pick up your student on time. Students must wait inside the building for their parents to pick them up.



Monthly School Year Registration & Policies (August - May)

Registration and Payments: The first time you register your child, you will only pay for the cost of your starting month. After that your card will be charged the monthly payment on the 20th for the upcoming month. Everyone is required to have a credit/debit card on file. If anyone prefers to pay by cash/check, payment must be received before the 20th so your card on file does not get charged. If for any reason the card was declined, you will be notified, and your child will be dropped from their class if payment is not received by the end of the month.


Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel a class, notification must be emailed to: office@bartlettgymnastics.com by the 15th of your final month. If you fail to give emailed notice by the 15th of your final month, you will still be enrolled and charged in the upcoming month and there are no refunds given.


Tuition is budgeted into 10 equal monthly payments over the school year calendar which will run August 2024 – May 2025. We do not charge more for ‘long’ months, nor less for ‘short’ months. We do not prorate for holidays or gym closings.


NO REFUNDS or credits for missed classes or dropping your class mid-month.


Make-up Policy: Students can schedule ONE make-up per class per month for an absence. Please call the office to schedule. You cannot schedule any make-up classes after you drop your child’s enrollment or after the school year session ends. You cannot re-schedule a missed make-up class.


Sibling Discounts: You will receive a 10% Sibling Discount on the lower tuition of a sibling’s class.


Class discount: Any student enrolling in more than one class will receive a 20% discount on their second and third classes.


Changing classes: A student may switch classes at any time as long as there is available space. Please contact the front desk for assistance.
